BOOTH SIGNS

A staple of any trade show; the booth identification sign. If you are a show manager or decorator,
let us provide you with these affordable backwall signs for an easier move in. These simple,
yet effective, signs will make freight drop off and exhibitor location a breeze.

- From $3 per sign.
  There is a minimum charge of $30 per shipment. This also pertains to small orders of late or additional signs that have already been shipped.

- Orders will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed by 12:00 noon EST. will ship same day.
  If 24 hours is within regular business hours, Monday through Friday, unless other arrangements are made directly.
- Optional font colors and logos available.

- Hanging holes pre-punched for your convenience.
- 7” x 44” white 10ply cardstock.

THINGS TO KNOW

Excel Files only

Please be sure that the Excel sheet copy is exactly how it should be printed. Any content errors are the responsibility of the customer. If you need data entry of copy, we can provide this at an additional cost. Any data entry by Morris Brothers may delay final production time of your order.

Please do not include any other data, columns or rows in your Excel file that should not be printed. Stray images or data could result in unintended copy being printed on the sign.

Fonts

We highly recommend using our standard font as it gives the best combination of numbers of characters per line and readability. If you’d like to use a custom font, please include ONLY “TrueType” *.ttf or “OpenType” *.otf font formats with your order.

Character Length

All upper case: 37 characters with logo, 44 without logo. Upper and lower case: 46 characters with logo or 49 without logo. Please limit the character count on each line to minimize copy abbreviation.

Character Sizes

Single line signs: 2” high letters, 1.25” city/state and numbers. Double line signs: 1.75” high letters, 1.25” city/state and numbers.

Stock Colors

All signs print black unless otherwise specified. All colors other than black are approximate.

Logos

If you choose to use a logo, each run of signs will have the same EVENT logo, not individual logos for each exhibitor. Please submit your event logo as a *.jpg or *.bmp at 150dpi at 5” high.

Listing

Signs will be shipped in numeric order, starting with the lowest number, unless otherwise specified. Please list the numbers for each booth sign as they are intended to print. Multiple numbers within the Excel file will print as is.

Once your order is placed, we will contact you for credit card information. Billing terms can be arranged for subsequent orders.
